Phantom's classes are held at the Herndon academy. Adults can choose from Fundamentals, All Levels, and Advanced training across Gi and No-Gi sessions. Kids train in age groups for 6 to 9 and 10 to 13.

From Reston Town Center, routes enter Herndon on local roads. Fairfax Connector Route 950 connects Reston Town Center and Herndon Metro, but it does not stop at the academy. Check current directions and the last part of the trip before leaving.

Phantom is led by Frank Rosenthal, a second-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. He trained at Renzo Gracie Academy in New York and studied under John Danaher. After moving to Virginia, he continued learning from Ryan Hall while teaching at Fifty/50 Academy.
