Which No-Gi class fits your experience?
Fundamentals is designed for a day-one student. The program covers offense and defense from fundamental positions, live positional sparring and the rules of the sport.

No-Gi throughout the week
No-Gi Fundamentals meets Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, with Advanced classes afterward. All Levels has weekday late-morning sessions, plus Friday evening and Saturday morning options. View the full No-Gi timetable to choose a class time.
