Your child can start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Phantom's Herndon academy in the 6 to 9 or 10 to 13 age group.

Yes. The kids program welcomes new and experienced students.
What will my child learn?

Three class days each week
Kids Gi classes run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:00 to 5:45 PM.
